How much does a custom report cost?

The price depends on the scope set in the quote: studied area (municipality, district, group of neighborhoods), depth of analysis, recommendation layers included (program pricing, valuation scenario, comparative reading by neighborhood). We send you a detailed quote within 48 hours of your request, with no commitment.

How long does it take to produce a report?

Between 5 and 15 business days after signing the quote, depending on the scope and depth requested. A report focused on a new development comes out on average in 7 to 10 days. A multi-neighborhood analysis of a large city takes up to 15 days.

What level of customization is possible?

Each report is produced from your brief. You choose the geographic area, the type of program or asset studied, the indicators to deepen, the format of the expected recommendations (pricing unit by unit, valuation scenarios, neighborhood comparison). We also adapt the level of econometric detail to your readership's profile.

In what formats is the report delivered?

The report is delivered as a high-definition PDF ready to integrate into your professional materials (investment committee, land acquisition file, marketing argument). It is systematically accompanied by an oral or video debrief by the analyst who produced it.
