How does billing work?
Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. We accept credit and debit cards.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can switch from Individual to Premium (or vice versa) directly from your account. The price difference is calculated pro rata for the remaining time in the billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial of the platform. However, a complete video demonstration is available without sign-up. For the Enterprise plan, we organize a guided video call session with our team.
What is a "user"?
A user is a person identified by a unique email, with their own platform access. Accounts cannot be shared. Each user keeps their history of analyses and exports.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no additional charges. Your PDF-exported analyses remain yours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and debit card. For the Enterprise plan, we can issue an invoice on request.
How is the annual discount calculated?
The annual plan applies a 17% discount on the monthly price multiplied by 12. For example, Individual monthly at R$ 1,500 × 12 = R$ 18,000, annual at R$ 14,940 (saving R$ 3,060).
How does the urban amenities suggestion box work?
Each user can propose urban amenities (parks, metro stations, hospitals, schools, public facilities) they want analyzed. Our data science team models the amenity and adds it to your account. The number of available suggestions depends on your plan.
